Privacy notice
Effective 12 September 2026. This notice covers Jacob Cox’s private OpenSEO deployment.
Google data
With authorization, OpenSEO accesses the connected Google account’s identity, accessible Search Console and Analytics properties, and read-only performance reports. This information is used to display and analyze the operator’s website performance.
Storage and access
The application runs on Cloudflare. OAuth credentials and report data are processed there; stored Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted using an application secret. Workspace access is restricted through Cloudflare Access. Report results may be cached or saved within the private workspace.
Use and sharing
Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. No AI provider is configured in this deployment. Data is processed by Google and Cloudflare as necessary to provide the integrations. Connecting additional clients or AI services would require reviewing their data handling first.
OpenSEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Control and deletion
The operator can disconnect Google accounts in OpenSEO and revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access. Stored reports and backups may require separate deletion by the operator.
